I’m Holly Renaut. Dialect coach, and creator of Accent Reshape

For 23 years and counting I’ve been on a mission to make accent coaching AFFORDABLE, PRACTICAL, EFFECTIVE, and most importantly, FUN.

Wherever you are in your accent journey and whatever your background, I’ve got something for you, and I can’t wait to get started.

My method is a one-of-a-kind combination of neuroscience, anatomy and movement, linguistics, actor training, voice work, and years and years of trial and error as I worked with thousands of performers and public speakers on screens and stages all over the world.

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE BEFORE WE BEGIN:

Accents are wonderful. That’s why I got into this job. I adore them, and there are no “better” accents than others. I love your natural accent and I do not happen to believe that all actors and public speakers should have to speak with a General American or Standard southern British accent (RP). I understand, and share, the desire to learn new accents, or to shift your natural accent towards that of a native English speaker if it is not your first language. Doing a convincing, authentic accent is a skill, and I can help you master that skill. However, I will also fight for your natural accent, whatever it is, to be represented on our stages and screens. So let’s have a great time expanding our capabilities and growing our opportunities, while also fighting for those opportunities to be given regardless of what accent we have.
